You're not alone. We’ll help you get back behind the wheel.

Receiving a positive result on a DOT drug test can cause concern and raise many questions.
But don't worry! At Trucking Services and Logistic, we’re here to support you every step of the way through the Return to Duty process, providing the tools you need to restore your license and return to work as soon as possible.
How do we help you?
From the very beginning, we offer comprehensive guidance to help you meet all DOT requirements:
✅ We assist you in creating your Clearinghouse account.
✅ We connect you with certified SAP (Substance Abuse Professionals) nationwide.
✅ We coordinate your Return to Duty test at a DOT-compliant, approved lab.
✅ We report your negative result in the Clearinghouse to lift your driving restriction.
✅ We help you complete the follow-up tests assigned by the SAP until your treatment plan is complete and the violation is cleared from the system.
What steps do you need to follow?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to the Return to Duty process:
Contact a certified SAP:The first step is to schedule an initial evaluation with a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional. The SAP will assess your situation and determine the level of treatment and education required.
Follow the treatment plan:You must comply with the SAP’s recommendations. The SAP will monitor your progress.
Take the Return to Duty test:Once the SAP confirms you are ready, they will authorize this test. It must be ordered by a company with a valid DOT number. If the result is negative, it will be reported to the Clearinghouse, lifting your restriction.
Complete the follow-up testing:Your employer (or you, if you are an owner-operator) must coordinate the follow-up tests prescribed by the SAP. These tests are random and mandatory. Failing to show up is considered a refusal, which counts as a positive result.
Close the violation:Once you have completed all follow-up tests and your treatment plan, final compliance must be reported in the Clearinghouse. This officially closes the violation.
